Terms of Service

By using our DMV alert service, you agree not to misuse or attempt to manipulate the system in any way. We provide notification services based on publicly available appointment data from the North Carolina DMV. We are not affiliated with the NC DMV or any government agency.

Our alerts do not guarantee appointment availability, confirmation, or fulfillment. We do our best to scan for openings and deliver timely updates, but cannot ensure availability at any given moment. Users are responsible for booking their own appointments through the official NCDOT website.

All payments are non-refundable. This includes both one-time and recurring charges. The purpose of the service is to help you secure an appointment more easily, not to guarantee a specific outcome.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver alerts — typically your email, phone number (if using SMS), and optionally your zip code for regional filtering. This information is never sold or shared with third parties beyond our messaging providers (e.g., Twilio for SMS).

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to better understand how users interact with our site and improve performance. These tools may track anonymous usage behavior, but no personal data is used for remarketing unless you've opted in.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link at the bottom of each message. For SMS, simply reply STOP to opt out.
