Fast Lane is our SMS alert plan that sends real-time text notifications when appointments become available near your location. It includes all appointment types including teen driver appointments.
Is there a CDL option?

When do alerts trigger?
Alerts are sent when appointments match your preferences (location, appointment type, and radius). Our system monitors the DMV continuously and notifies you as soon as matching slots become available.
Do you book appointments for me?
No. We send you alerts with direct links to the official NC DMV website (skiptheline.ncdot.gov). You'll need to book the appointment yourself - we just help you find available slots faster.
How quickly will I receive my first alert?
Most users receive their first alert within 24 hours, often within minutes. The timing depends on appointment availability in your area. Popular locations like Charlotte and Raleigh typically see more frequent cancellations.

How does billing work?
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel. You'll receive a receipt via email after each payment. You can cancel anytime through the link in your receipt email.

Are subscriptions refundable?
